Due to complete in 2026, this flagship project is a high rise residential tower block where a BS9251:2021 sprinkler system and BS9990:2015 wet riser system is required.


After a thorough tender process, the project was awarded to Base due to the high quality of the tender submission with the client being impressed with the information provided in comparison to competitors.


A fully compliant BS9251 sprinkler system will cover the residential floors as well as the ordinary hazard areas on the lower levels. A dedicated sprinkler water supply will be installed to serve the system.

A fully compliant BS9990:2015 wet riser system complete with duty/standby pumps and water storage tank designed to distribute water to multiple levels of the building on fire service demand.
